Amcer Earth Building Technology can provide a wide range of training to suit Owner Builders, Tradesmen, and Professionals, when building with Pressed Earth bricks.

Courses include:

  • Basic design of buildings, and shortcuts to reduce your costs.
  • Laying out and setting up site, handling, cutting, mortar mix, and laying bricks.
  • Internal and external finishing, roof tie down systems, and timber floors .
  • Designing for survival.
  • Research Projects in co-operation with Universities for students

Cost:  $100 per person, or $150 per couple
Time:  9am to 4pm
Meals:  Morning and afternoon tea included
  • A light lunch, tea, coffee & water is provided.
  • The course fee will be credited if clients purchase bricks at a later date.
  • Bookings are essential for all workshops, and payment in full is required one week prior to your enrolled date.

Note

  • Weekday sessions can be arranged for groups of 6 to 10 people.
  • Hands on experience in sustainable building is available for school groups.
  • Training sessions as fundraising events for community rebuilding projects can be provided.
